Strangely I've been keeping up with American news more since I've moved to Japan. Most of it's still the same, parent throws four kids off bridge. Three rotting corpses of toddlers found at home. Pretty depressing. I love stuff like this. I've heard complaints about Fox News in the past, but what I've been reading over the past couple of months is just ridiculous. I wish I had links to other stories I've read, but there are many more. It's the new reality TV drama, "Fox news reporters compete to sway Americans with false news! Who will get eliminated this week?!" I know blogs have their biases, but it's a lot better then dealing with this type of stuff.
I still don't have my TV here so I can't say much for Japanese news. I've heard it's worse then it was 5 years ago. *shrug* Maybe we'll see sometime in the future.
